The Estate Daiquiri, by Appleton

A nod to the original daiquiri, a drink that dates to the 1800s.

1½ oz Appleton Estate 8 Year Old Reserve Rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
½ oz simple syrup
Orange peel for garnish

SHAKE all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

STRAIN into a chilled coupe glass.
