WITH DINERS looking for more plant-based options, the opening of by Chloe seems perfectly timed. A Toronto location will be the first Canadian outpost of the “plant-based, fast casual” restaurant. After successful openings in New York, Boston, Los Angeles, Providence and London, the resto is growing along with the demand for plant-based dining. The Toronto location, at Yorkdale Shopping Centre, will be the 16th by Chloe location since the original opened its doors in New York’s West Village in 2015.
